Linda S. Fitzgerald is passionate about being a source to enrich, encourage & equip women for empowerment. Linda describes herself as a “recovering professional therapist” who much prefers to coach, mentor & lead women who seek to become all they are destined to be. She is skilled in small group process, spiritual life coaching, creative writing & organization development. She is often described by those who know her well as a “great connector of people!”
May 2006, Linda conceived the concept for empowering women worldwide, and in 2007, she launched Affiliated Women Intl™ as both an online community for empowered women (THE CONNECTION STATION), as well as small face-to-face groups called “Neighborhoods” for women in the marketplace in any capacity. The young organization has launched “Neighborhoods” in Indianapolis, Indiana and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Next year, the organization plans launches across North America with the remarkable leadership of the National Envoy team.
Linda is the Chief Visionary Officer for the organization: a published author known for her wisdom & wit, and an accomplished public speaker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Religious Studies from Indiana University at Indianapolis; and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Butler University with an M.S. in Counseling Education & Organization Development.

Katina Kaisher is the owner & lead event planner of Eclectic Events & Design, LLC based in Columbus, Indiana. Katina began her career in event planning in 2005 after 15 years in the Interior Design field. Katina obtained her Professional Bridal Consultant certification with the Association of Bridal Consultants in 2005. She is active member of ISES and the Director at Large of Strategic Alliances with the ISES Indiana Board of Directors. Katina is also a member of the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce.
While working with many brides and corporate clients in 2005 through 2007, Katina came to realization she wanted to open a unique venue in Columbus in which her event planning company could host events. So, with a referral from a colleague, and a few initial meetings with the owner the building the adventure began. In the summer of 2007, Katina began the renovation process with her husband, Shane. Then on October 24, 2007, Factory 12 Event Loft was opened for business.
Katina spends many days coordinating events at Factory 12 Event Loft along with other Indiana locals, but always finds time for her family & friends. Katina is married to her high-school sweetheart, Shane. They have been together for 22 years, and recently celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary. They have two wonderful boys; Logan is 8 and Lake is 6. Katina spends time with her family at home playing games, watching movies, and one weekend a month traveling the state for the boy’s to race BMX. When planning time with our friends, we typically go out for dinner & dancing.
Katina is constantly creating new goals in her business and personal career. So, when the opportunity came along to work with a wonderful women’s group, she couldn’t pass it up. Katina has been named Lead Planner for Affiliated Women International’s project which will launch in the spring of 2010 and will carry on into 2011. This venture will give Katina many opportunities to strengthen & grow her professional career along with fulfilling her personal goals in meeting such fabulous people.
Katina will be traveling this year to TSE (The Special Event) Education Conference & Trade Show for event planners in New Orleans which will give her more knowledge about the industry & upcoming trends. Later this year, Katina will travel to Phoenix in November for the Business of Brides National Conference.
