Rita Rocker is a national speaker and Chief Communications and Image Office with Transformation Academy. She provides life and career-transforming crash courses to mature teens and adults. These highly effective tools empower individuals to become more accomplished communicators, gain greater confidence in business and social graces, project a dynamic professional image, and acquire the resources for a more successful career. Rita is a former Mrs. Nebraska and Mrs. America contestant. She is active in numerous professional organizations and a member of Phi Theta Kappa international honor society. Her passion is to inspire, motivate and equip you with powerful tools that can be used immediately for life-long success.
Cynthia Bryant, holds a B.A in Accounting from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA and is the Sales and Marketing Manager for Deffenbaugh Industries, Inc. Her current responsibilities include managing a team of outside sales representatives, developing goals to achieve sales plan and gain market share, and developing marketing strategies to rebrand and reposition the company. She began her sales management career at Younkers as the Cosmetic Regional Marketing Manager, managing sales volume of $32 million. After working for Younkers for eight years, she briefly sold pharmaceuticals for Sanofi-Aventis and has now been in her role with Deffenbaugh for over a year. She is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at University of Nebraska at Omaha and will graduate in December 2011.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her free time she loves bicycling, running and reading. She is also a very active member of her community, currently serving as President of the Council Bluffs Service League.
