For the last 15 years, she coached and worked with senior level executives and business leaders. She has experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, call centers, franchised and corporate owned retail, oil and gas distribution, and corporate and research centers.
A certified business and professional coach, Denise earned her credentials from the International Coaching Federation program at North Carolina State University and received her MBA from Washington University. She is fully certified to administer and interpret results of the Hartman Value Profile. Denise has over 20 years experience in designing competencies models and analyzing business processes to improve performance and sharpen the competitive edge. All this has enabled her to identify the key behaviors that make great leaders and HR professionals true business partners.
